On 2/13/14, the Ombudsman was provided a Notice of Sale, dated 2/11/14, that SCA would sell 2584 Pine Prairie would be sold on 3/7/14 to collect $4,989.58 after Nadia Akhtarzadeh defaulted on 12/31/12.
On 4/2/14, Ombudsman employee Ann Moore logged that the Ombudsman Notice of Sale process was closed because the property had ben sold to a third party on 3/21/14.
On 3/7/14, the notation was entered, “Status changed to PENDING NOS DATE OF SALE”.
There is no notation that the foreclosure deed was delivered to the Ombudsman as required by NRS 116.31164(3)(c) (2013)
